On the banks of the Charles River in the afternoon
I am a treasure hunter of sorts, and at the end of the summer I found a silver and blue, vintage doll pram from the 1950's at a second hand shop on the CT shoreline. I was so excited to use it when I photographed these 3 sisters in the tall grasses and around the stone structures down at Magazine Beach in Cambridge. The youngest insisted on pushing it down to the river's edge while her older sisters ran after geese and collected milk weed pods, blowing their seeds into the soft wind. It was rainy when we started the session and then the sky opened up to warm the planet with golden yellow rays and revealed a bright blue sky. Seconds after the the close up shot of the littlest sister was taken she fell asleep in the pram.
